@Robethius the reviving the dead ability just means you have to destroy or isolate that body first, and that body has no combat ability. The "rip out your soul" thing is worthless in combat. He has to hold you still to do it, at which point he could just as easily slit your throat. Six bodies is no better than shadow clones. He never uses elements.

Sasuke's genjutsu failed against bee because he was new at it. Amaterasu in the hands of a master puts you through weaks of torture in the span of a second, so that before your tailed beast/partner/etc. could even realize you were affected you'd be mentally worn out and collapse like kakashi.

Genjutsu is also only one of itach's ablities. Without the almighty plot on his side Pein would probably loose simply due to speed or intelligence, and he has nothing to counter susanoo

I seriously doubt shinrei tensei would destroy the undying fire that consumes even other fire if it can't block the ninetails or even a bunch of naruto clones holding on to each other. At most it would push it back a bit and then that abysmal six second gap would get him killed. Most ninjas in this show can win with a two second gap in the enemy's defense but mysteriously fail against pein.

He destroyd the whole city, used it in some single combats against kakashi oder chijis father for example and used it more then 5 times in the fight against naruto. you doubt, it wouldnt remove amaterasu? it was a cinch to remove futon rasen shuriken more than 2 times and to throw 3 corking fogs hundreds of metres away.

Amaterasu has yet to meet anything that even slowed it down and just pushing it back certainly isn't going to stop it. None of itachi's eye techniques have met anything that slowed them down when he used them.
