@bummer1238 Heckler & Koch G36c is a good choice. Would have personally used an AA12 with a round drum and a Glock 18 machine pistol. Some thermal goggels and body armor. A tough leather or something a zombie can't just bite through. Would also carry a pair of Frag grenades and some flares. A Sachel of claymores couldn't hurt either. If I had a vehicle I would get a military Stryker. Not like those retards in movies like zombieland who go for a hummer when there's a freaking tank behind them.

If you know what a stryker is its a lighter vehicle than a tank. But still well armed. They may not keep abrams at an air force bse but maybe a stryker. Including water and food. Its armored so infected can't get in. powerful engine as well. I think its a fine idea

But the funny thing is that if the infected don't eat that probably means they don't drink water so they would probably die of dehydration first within a few days, which what should have happened in 28 days later. But even still, everyday that goes by means another day for the infection to spread.

That is unrealistic for the average survivor, who wont have access to Military Grade Bio Suits or live nears a giant mountain.

A better option is a dive store that sells Rebreathers or full face dive masks with a oxygen tank. Most tanks only last 2 hours, but if you can get underground the outside air will be limited so winds blowing the infected air would have less chance of getting to you.
