Ordinators are hard to fight at first, but really all you need is a quick-hitting weapon, a decent amount of fatigue and the ability to dodge the fatigue spells they cast on you.

Any character can ramapge Vivec if they got enough Sujamma, too :P

Two ways, scourge Morrowind for the peices of armour and weapond, one by one. Or kill the Telvanni wizard Felan Maryon for his full set. Just gotta warn ya dude, if you kill Maryon, one, he's hard as hell to kill, (not as hard as vivec..) and for another thing if he dies you can't complete the story if you havent done his part ot it.

Well, you have to have the PC expansion for it, the Tribunal expansion pack. I don't have it though. My friend does, but all I can tell you is that you should go to the Capital of Vvardenfell, Mournhold, and start doing quests for Almalexia. Eventually you get Trueflame, saint Nerevar's Swrod, and later on when you try to find Sotha Sil, you find out he's been mutilated by Almalexia, and you have to kill her. That's all I know about those two swords.

You should enchant you daedric tower shield to fortify strength (ot whatever you want) for 1-89pts, constant effect.

Also, I see you have Tribunal, cause you have High Ordinator's stuff... Kill one, take the ebony scimitar and enchant it to damage health 100pts, cast when strikes. If you have mastered long/short blade (I don't remember which it was), you can kill Vivec with it with like 5 slashes. =D

Vivec is very easy to kill, i've done it w/o any cheats or life spells, just cast silence and wack away with a daedric dai-katana and lvl 100 long sword mastery. its very simple.

it also depends on the difficulty of the game being at +100 or -100, i did it at 0 and it was easy, so +100 might not be that much harder
