  • I'm going to guess 5'7- 5'8 but there is a lot of genetics involved here. This guy is already dialed in big time so 4 weeks of concentrated HIIT/ diet and he's going to look awesome anyway. If your not starting from a similar physical platform like this guy then 4 weeks wont do squat for you! Dude looks good hands down. just my 2 cents
