Real infantrymen go to SOI (School of Infantry) While non-infantry goes to MCT (Marine combat Training) its basically a place where EVERYONE is trained like Infantry. Afther MCT then comes there true MOS training. The Army deosen't have that, they go straight to there MOS with no Infantry training called AIT. Making them preety usless in a REAL Combat situation.
This is some Marine Corps hoarshit propaganda. Doing two weeks some little ranges doesn't make you a qualified rifleman/grunt. I can tell you from experience as a grunt who has been to Marjah that the 2 months of soi training a gunt goes through teaches you hardly anything. You learn EVERYTHING in the years of work ups in the fleet. So how the freak is some 2 week course going to do anything for "REAL combat". You are just as proficient as using a rifle as a non infantry soldier
@McDogginified Let me tell you the two most important aspects of training for "REAL combat". ENDURANCE: Something that only a 1 year work up before a combat deployment will get you. The constant field ops with full gear the bi weekly 10-17 mile hikes with full gear etc... Something that a two week course will not accomplish. Second... Squad and Fire team cohesion: Working and knowing your squad from the year long work up of little platoon size field ops to battalion level ops like CAX.

@horseylassx1 You cant set mathematical standards for pain, therefore it cant be researched properly, I may value pain differently, so me stubbing my toe, might be a 2 or a 3, but joe schmoe might flip his shit and go into a coma when he stubs his toe, you cant say a certain demographic or gender is better at taking pain.
In short, my problem was you trying to say since women give birth we should put them on some pedestal. Every female anything gives birth, deal with it.

Anyone that has gone to school knows why she couldn't kick it open.

Woman weighs approx 60 - 65 Kg.
Man weighs like 90 - 95 Kg.

When I was on active duty, the only time I saw a decent percentage of female soldiers was on rear detachment. This was the only time I saw many females, and of course they were almost all pregnant. Their pregnancy coinciding with a deployment is OBVIOUSLY a mere coincidence. My respect to all those female soldiers that don't screw over their battle buddies by shamming out of deployment, but to all those that do (including men), you're a waste of taxpayer money and you don't deserve any respct

@bringinhomesara lol where? And what were they doing? The only females in Marjah were the female engagement teams. Their sole purpose was to just to interrogate women. They were always surrounded by grunts. Here is one thing I learned about females in combat. Give them body armor with front, back, and side sapi plates, water, a m4 and 7 mags and they become pretty much useless when it comes to movement to contact.

I am gong to assume you really do want to know, I don't remember all the scientific words but during labor a woman's body releases hormones that cause her pain tolerance to increase, After childbirth is over her body stops releasing these hormones and her pain tolerance returns to it's normal level which for an average woman is lower than an average man, but please verify it for yourself.
