I work for a small construction business and I can tell you that this legislation (along with most of the other bills she's supported) has only run more small businesses into the ground. We are weighed down by and unable to create jobs because of these excessive regulations and taxes. The best way to create jobs in the private sector is to decrease taxes and regulations. It's not rocket science. It's common sense.

You are confused. The pharmaceutical industry is not part of this bill. Although they will benefit, as more people can now use their drugs. You are right their pricing is outrageous, but that is a different issue and a different bill that America can tackle at some point.
Some argue Pfizer should be allowed to charge a lot because they invested a lot in making the drug. I can actually understand that argument and mostly agree with it, actuallly.
