i dunno whether this is ur first time playing Fatal Frame or not but to check any puzzle need to be taken or spirits, the fragment in the down right corner will tell u bout it.........besides try to take shots when the circle in the center is totally glow to get Zero shots when using the camera obscure...this can get more damage to the spirit...at least this works for me in other previous Fatal Frame series.....no offence....juz state my opinion.....

whenever your filament turns blue in an area, put up your camera and look EVERYWHERE. dont skimp or move to another area and look there.

when a ghost show up behind you, turn arround and shoot as quick as possible

If you miss, you can always try it again in the second round or simply just load the last save
