For historical reasons the only chance to see this actually being build is to trust on the might of an agrarian nation like China.I also consider free market investors but their need to profit on a short term as no stamina for that kind of commitement. The piramides , cathedrals and all great endevours here made by a certain religiouse felling ( is the right thing to do) and nation or civilizational proud and glory ( show what we are capable ). A city ceel for 5 milions ... great video.
