60 atk can take ya 2 days assuming ur 40 atk. maybe even one day. Do the 2 gnome quests and waterfall quest and train the rest of ur atk at rock crabs

as for str try to go 70 - 75 str at rock crabs, 70 - 75 str - lvl 80 str at experiments and 80-85 at soulwars. This in total will be about 3 weeks if you play a good ammount of hours per day.
