It's definitely not a Philco, Zenith, or Motorola, it bears similarities to 1930's RCA speaker part numbers, but I could find no match (many RCA floor models used 2 ohm speakers). The housing looks similar to a Grundig Royal Majestic that I did a few years ago. You need to turn this guessing game into a contest.
Check the field coil and audio transformer. If the audio transformer is bad that can be replaced, if the field coil is open, that would be a bigger problem.
@TheHackWhite A field coil speaker doesnt have a permanent magnet inside like others do, it actually has several windings of wire that get wound around the voice coil gap, and they are used as an electro magnet, the wire is energised, causing a magnetic field to be there, when off, the field coil will not have much of a magnetic field.
