Nice way of looking at womanhood as being a job. I think one of the most destructive concepts is the idea that a woman simply IS, while a man mus BECOME. This breeds the idea that it is ONLY the man that needs to step up when relationships breakdown and that it is always the man's fault alone.
In fact, BOTH the man AND the women MUST BECOME. Neither womanhood nor manhood is automatic; they must be CULTIVATED through daily efforts of self-improvement and reflection

The weight of the world is on our shoulders because we are the vessel in which the creator used to create the world, however is it fair thats another video is it true yes! Women have the power to restructure this entire mess we live in but it begins with us and that is the purpose of this series!
And with your lovely perspective and insight in the conversation I can & will not lose sight of that. In my household all duties are shared however I don't always feel like cooking but when the food is done, the table is prepared & my family come together over that meal I am proud & they are happy. Just like when my husband gets up at 5am he don't want to but when we are spending that money & everything we want we can just get it, he is proud and fulfilled in his role as well.

The problem that I have is when people tell other people how to live, and when those people don't succeed in acting out prescribed behaviors or they don't want to act out those behaviors, they're deemed to be less than.I understand completely where you're coming from though.
