@MrSpit6 I would pick the revo. its just as fast and probably could go faster cause its low to the ground. it looks sexy and the flux looks like a rolling turd. i think over all traxxas makes better cars. if you break something and dont wanna order online local hobby shops usually have a larger selection of traxxas parts than they do hpi. in my mind go for the E-Revo!

Fuck max amps! Their customer service sucks & their packs are TOTALLY overpriced! Get blue lipo for 25 to 30$ a pack for their 2s 5000 / 30c . I (and everyone else I know) that's purchased these packs have had absolutely ZERO issues. @Bloodsport1 i love the rustler vxl, but its a tad pricy but its one of my favorite truck, its all terrain, and VERY fast, up to 70+mph OUT OF THE BOX with a 3s lipo which is only 20-50$. if you want the indoor-outdoor fun off road and very fast on road, i like the e-revo vxl, IMO they break easily when bashing but its cold over here so thats maybe why, but id say rustler vxl!!

If u want noise u want 2 stroke and in rc nitro are the most temperamental things in the world! U can never go out and be 100% that it is goin to work! Electric is plug n play! For a good electric it'll cost more than nitro! And when your flat out with a nitro a electric will jut wheelie right past you! Plus can you race a nitro indoors? (everywhere)! U can electric!

@b0801tc get the slash 1-10 vxl comes brushless with every thing you'd need. the only thing you would want to buy is a better charger for the with a charge rate of 4amps + . also buy one that can charge all battery types (Nimh, NiCad,LiPo,Li-ion,LiFe . if you want more power you should buy a lipo battery (3s) max on MOST 1/10 esc and motors.

@mikestar50, i own the ERBE (erevo brushless) and very satisfied with the speed (using flightmax 5000mah 11.1 X 2). The truck is durable and dependable. I made a few mods to make is more stable and more durable...i recommend the E-Revo Brushless Edition anytime.

this is a great car, personally, in my opinion they should raise it up an inch for bottoming out issues. I have a friend with one and he hasn't yet had a problem with it. He replaced some plastic parts with aluminum ones though.

well its more of a monster truck because a truggy is a truck with a center differential and monster truck wheels... An E-revo has a transmission therefor it is a monster truck. Traxxas sells center diffs on there web. Theres more to the story but ill keep it short.
