i cant do that wide grip pull ups but i can do normal pull ups and chinups and u have to go all the way dow youre strong you can do it but .... do it 4 better result

Risking shoulder injury @1:25...no added benefit from pushing your head to front of chin-up bar. I would recommend you just do them the way you did the first set, without pushing your head to opposite side of bar.
Quick question buddy. I just got this same machine. I was thkinking cause the setup in my room about setting up the pull up bar the other way..... towards the dip handles. do you think that would work? thanks..

The right way to do pull ups is to go all the way down till ur shoulders lockout. This way u work ur back to the max.
All u doing is half pull ups.
