I love all the Glocks,usually choosing a G27 to carry,and will be getting a G33 too,as soon as the ammo situation out here eases up a bit. You're obviously an experienced/trained shooter-just ignore the sexist crap that others have posted here and heed those of us who are true shooters like yourself (I'm ex-Army,btw). I did wonder though, have you put night sights on this barking puppy? If you're going to carry it,I strongly recommend that you do,and also, use only factory loads for that .

The .357 sig is a fun round! Just wish they weren't so pricey. I was on the verge of buying a Glock 33, but decided on the S&W M&P instead. I don't regret it, but I'd really like to get my hands on a Glock 33 too. Someday...

Very nice, just got a glock 19. Diffrent round but the quality is hard to beat. Remeber to practice, practice, practice. Shooting guns is a perishable skill.

@32silvercoins I have a glock 32(compact 357) and I will say that the recoil is noticeably different than a 9mm. However, if you are a fan of the 40S&W cartridge then you'll probably like the .357Sig. Be warned: Pricy ammo!! I definitely consider this a "business" round. Meaning, you're not going to go the range and shoot 150 rounds, just too much $. I bought a 40S&W conversion barrel for my G32 just so that I can use the same pistol and not spend the $ for the 357ammo.

@32silvercoins Clarification: I bought the 40s&w barrel for range use only. When you fire the 357sig you will feel a greater amount of percussion then the 40s&w. There has been a few times when I'm at the range, another shooter will come over to see what I'm firing b/c the 357sig has a louder discharge (bang) then most autoloader cartridges (probably on par with the 10mm) Hopefully I've given you some good data points, good luck... Im leaning towards getting a compact .45 as my backup weapon. Your not the only one who has mentioned the pricey ammo and high kick. Plus Ive been warned that the 357 has a nasty habit of going through people and walls with ease. In a urban shooting I couldnt use a 357, Id be to worried about hurting innocents.

I love my Glock Sig.357 just wish the ammo was`nt so damn high I installed a .40 barrel in mine for target practice plus I already had so many 40 rounds. You can install a 40 barrel and the 357 clip will hold the rounds.

WTF! .357 sig arent pleasant to shoot? its all in the frame and shooters grip. naturally a sub compact (G33 seen here) like this is going to have a shorter grip and more felt recoil, a more full size pistol (G31, also .357 sig) would have a longer frame and less felt recoil. but then you have to take into account the shooters grip....

I don't understand your confusion.. no gun chambered in the .357 sig caliber is "pleasant" (MATTER OF OPINION) to shoot and takes more practice to shoot accurately then say a 9MM (MATTER OF FACT). Even in a full frame pistol (G31, Sig Sauer p226, H&K USP) their is still a high amount of recoil when using 125 g JHP rounds. Hope I clarified things for you
