my 2010 shows the song and artists on the display. It's awesome!

Do they have RDS (what shows the song title when listening to FM radio)? And do they display any vehicle stats? If not, might as well get the base stereo and replace it with a nice Kenwood unit.

for CD's: thats cause the database only picks up discs after the manufactured date of the mygig. for ex. if the mygig was made in 2008 it will only recognize CD's made after 2008.

take it to the dealer for warranty service they'll probably just update the firmware.

i did they updated it. a day later it breaks agian now they took out my mygig and are ordering a new one. and the head lights wont turn on from time to time. im very disaponted

Tell them about the headlights too, make sure they fix that under warranty.

Of course. It's easy to tune, too - just search for a station, bring up the list of presets, then press & hold a preset slot for a second on the touchscreen to add it to the list.

I think these units will gradually replace all the radio / CD players in cars over time. They're the future.
