haha Musharraf migrated from India during the partition so he doesn't exactly look like a typical Pakistani. Pakistanis are mixed people, even within families there are some white-skinned family members and some brown-skinned members in the same family and it pretty much was always like that. People from the north tend to be lighter skin but I wouldn't call white skinned Pakistanis white people cause they are Pakistanis just as I wouldnt call a white skinned Arab person a white person.
