I´m not sure to get this game or not, it looks nice when you love GTA 4. But whats the goal here? Do you get real missions (like quests) or do you just get these bounty things...and randomly gun down the other faction?

@IMnotFATbutUare It is an extremely good game. The customization for a character alone is limitless. So you can spend literally 5 hours on just making a character, or customizing a car. Or creating real tattoos. The gameplay itself is amazing because its the game cops and robbers, blown up to a huge scale. Imagine GTA4 playing Cops and Robbers, and actually having awesome car chases, foot chases through back alleys, and road blocks. Its epic.

@Kuchen90000 Yeah, You get starting clothes, but after like 2 missions you get some more clothes, and they are all customizable, so you can seriously go in and just make a whole new wardrobe with the standard ones.

It worth getting it a game where you can fully expresss yourself. everything you see on the video is just a simple of what happens ingame don't see the the obivous this game is fully loaded ;D

@JonasFan0131 There isn't a Gears of War Kinda cover system if that is what you mean. But there is collision detection, and your character can crouch fairly low. So you can go behind things to espace from bullets.

A lot of comments about the driving - it looking all over the place, drifting from side to side, etc. One thing to take into consideration is that almost all of the driving footage I have seen is played from the passenger's perspective, not the driver of the vehicle. As in this video, the suv, the cam movement is based on the passenger who isnt controlling the car obviously, so the passenger is swivelling the cam around to look for targets or other reasons...

Driving in APB has an enormous learning curve. Curiously, the high-end cars are much easier to drive.

Although slower vehicles like the van at the beginning and the truck throughout the middle are also simple to drive.

Just want to point out that the people playing the game there basically are just jumping on the computer at pax and playing the game for the first time while someone kind of leads them through the game. driving in that game is actually fun

Nobody from beta is allowed to disclose because of the NDA. But a little bird has told me that this player is terrible and doesn't show anything about the game and anyone taking any judgements from the game because of this video is silly.

if anyone here has the beta how does this games loading system work? is it every little bit it brings you to a loading screen and loads the next area, or does that only happen when you leave one of the main 3 areas, or is it seamless loading?

It loads the entire district, but load times are horrible. I don't think the game is optimized yet, 'cause the framerate bogs down quite often like it's still loading... even after 15 minutes of playing in the same zone.
