I have both consoles and i actually like the 3 xbox exclusives VERY VERY much but i have to say ps3 is already a next gen console:D I mean this game handles so many things without ever losing a frame.. By the way i hate to say this but the shooting needs to be a little more dramatic in the series.. Everything else is good in terms of gameplay.. From a technical aspect this game is perfection

@givonti - I'm a PC gamer, and I actually found the x-box left analog stick to be much more comfortable. I didn't have to strain to keep it on the stick at all, like I did a little for the ps3 controller. The left analog stick on the xbox controlloer is waaay more natural in its position. As soon as you hold the controller, that is where your thumb naturally sits, without having to move it.
ya know i actually had a lot of trouble with some of the fight scenes. like i would have to go around and take guys out in a specific order at a specific timing or else i would be fucked. it was actually enough for me to rage quit.

I love to see 360 fanboys drool over this masterpiece lol, even if this Sony/Naughty Dog owned title was ported it wouldn't be the same experience as it is on the PS3. Look at U1 the jungles, shadows, and lighing was top notch with a steady frame rate and was done on just 3 of the 7 cores of the cell.
i seriously hope that they do a Red Dead Redemption prequel in this fashion, more of a movie type action adventure/indiana jones than a sandbox game. it would be epic, imagine robbing a train like the train sequence in this game
I own a 360 but I am sooo jelous of this, infamous, LBP and MGS4. Xbox started very strong with halo and gears but I really think the ps3 is pulling itself together and staring to beat the xbox. 1. PS3 controller IS RECHARABLE!!! None of that buying extra fucking rechargeable batteries that take forever to recharge, that's fucking 10 years ago. No, you can recharge the mother fucker in 30 min and it will be fully recharged.
2. ANALOG STICKS ARE SYMETRICAL. It feels weird to have 1 up and then other 1 lower, pretty stupid.
3. LIGHTER
4. NO LEDGE. There's a tight ledge in the back of the 360 controller (due to the battery back) that hurts the finger after awhile.
5. STICKY. The anolog sticks have a nice texture to make your hands stick. I don't like the 360 concave thing with the 4 poky dots on it, gets annoying.
6. SIXAXIS and BLUETOOTH CONNECTION
The only downsides to it is, it's smaller and won't cover your entire hand. Although I have played 10 hours straight on the controller and it feels fine on my hands at least. Also, it does not have the texture the xbox controller has in which it's glossy instead of stick.

yeah you should be just fine with getting uncharted 2 only it takes place a couple of years or so after the first game so its easy to pick up in the middle of the series (unlike Assassins Creed >.>)

i seriously hope that they do a Red Dead Redemption prequel in this fashion, more of a movie type action adventure/indiana jones than a sandbox game. it would be epic, imagine robbing a train like the train sequence in this game

I own a 360 but I am sooo jelous of this, infamous, LBP and MGS4. Xbox started very strong with halo and gears but I really think the ps3 is pulling itself together and staring to beat the xbox. Althoguh almost nobody in my schools has a ps3 and the analogue sticks are terible. Sigh* that's y I won't get a ps3

but yea both systems great, cept uncharted 2 just happens to be on the ps3. yea u hsould check out the scores. Game of the year for 2009 and it even got a 21/20 from 1 magazine. its one of those games u should try out

@joshAKAtheman i comppletley disagree. i think the analogue sticks are build for really fat people with huge as thumbs and the button pad on the 360 is perfectly placed where as on tha ps3 its a tiny bit out of reach.

1. PS3 controller IS RECHARABLE!!! None of that buying extra fucking rechargeable batteries that take forever to recharge, that's fucking 10 years ago. No, you can recharge the mother fucker in 30 min and it will be fully recharged.
2. ANALOG STICKS ARE SYMETRICAL. It feels weird to have 1 up and then other 1 lower, pretty stupid.
3. LIGHTER
4. NO LEDGE. There's a tight ledge in the back of the 360 controller (due to the battery back) that hurts the finger after awhile.

5. STICKY. The anolog sticks have a nice texture to make your hands stick. I don't like the 360 concave thing with the 4 poky dots on it, gets annoying.
6. SIXAXIS and BLUETOOTH CONNECTION
The only downsides to it is, it's smaller and won't cover your entire hand. Although I have played 10 hours straight on the controller and it feels fine on my hands at least. Also, it does not have the texture the xbox controller has in which it's glossy instead of stick.
No biggie tho.

yea bluetooth does kick ass also, it's not annoying like tha fucking wired mics and the wirless mic for the 360 is like 80$!!!

yeah you should be just fine with getting uncharted 2 only it takes place a couple of years or so after the first game so its easy to pick up in the middle of the series (unlike Assassins Creed >.>)

only 3 complaints with this game
enemy AI is ridiculously bad,
sometimes the platforming "autolock" kind of bugs so that a well executed jump sends you spiralling in the wrong direction
and those fuckers in Co-op who insta-grab you the second you get close- I HATE THOSE GUYS!!
otherwise the experience is fantastic, smooth action, great platforming, AMAZING graphic, and a well executed (if unoriginal) story
