Wow this is just messed up.. they've come a long way and i respect that a lot but i really found it hard to believe this is STGs i mean sisley's voice kinda went out or cracked a little at one point and i just really dont care for the vocals from both of them but the whole acoustic wthing was nice sounded kind of peaceful in a way but still i really wish carah was here.. did they ever say what happened to her or why she left? but anyway just my opinion

Yeah it was a shock to me to hear Carah left. I've heard rumors that she's starting her own band but I don't know what happened between her and the rest of STG. Some say she just left because of creative differences and others say that she was kicked out of the band. I'm not sure but I really wish I knew what exactly happened. ://

i watched the dvd that came with the album and they said she just left to move on with her life and go in another direction, theres no tension or anything, she started her own band called Versant.

Ohh. Yeah I know she started her own band and all but like I've heard that she's been kicked out. She blogged about it and her sister confirmed it. But then again, that's why they're called rumors. :)) Well it's not a big deal. What's done is done. At least we get two awesome bands now. ^.^

She constantly spoke about leaving and exploring something else... So STG did what they had to... They found someone who could be dedicated. Carah probably wasn't expecting it to happen to soon.. But it did. I talked to both STG and Carah. Even sisely. lol The stories didnt match 100%... but after hearing them all... its clear what happened.

Of course it's a shame. I talked to someone tonight at dinner who is a hardcore Carah fan and she was just miserable. But at least she can see that Sisely is amazing as well. You know, these things happen... Sadly. It was either, lose STG forever, or get a new singer. And I'd much rather take on Sisely than lose my favorite band of all time.

Plus I was scared Shiny Toy Guns would suck now that their music is different but they're still good and siesly's pretty good. :)) Plus Versant sounds awesome too so I'm just glad neither of them stopped making music.
