Well I strongly recommend AGAINST installing the holder on the handlebar upside down like in this video. I did that and dropped my iPhone while riding my bike; ended up with a busted phone and had to buy a new one.
The problem is that the attachment does not always lock, but it will still hold in place until you hit a bump, and if the direction is downwards you drop the phone on the street.
Having said that it's still the best bike mount I've found so far.
@rasmusvuori Good to know bro! Thanks for the heads up. However, we have been running it on our motorcycle for a few weeks now no problem. We have it more horizontally rather than vertically. maybe yours was just a lemon?

Don't buy this! I used it the right way round and it dropped off within 400 meters! Busted iPhone now!
