This is NOT tight-lining. You're lining your upper waterline, tight-lining is when someone basically lines the actual lash line, to make the lashes look thicker.

Tight lining is when you fill in the upper lash line underneath the upper lashes instead of lining the top of it, not your upper waterline.

There's this really cheap one by Wet n Wild called Mega Eyes and people say it's a dupe for Mac blacktrack fluid line. And they say it's actually better because it the product doesn't dry up one the container fast and go to waste like the mac does.
