@jancko995 N900 give a full website web-browsing view like you see on a PC or MAC (full website look), E7 web browser is based on mobile look ( less navigation compared to N900). Go for a N900 if you wan a PC or MAC look web browsing
Something is wrong. I think the n9 also needs 3 steps to capture a photo.
Holding down the capture button/icon on the N9 is the same as half-way pressing on the N8, if im not mistaken. So basically, they both require "3 steps" as you call it.
@avergara08 select AF point ( phone AF automatically - realtime AF) and press shutter icon to snap straight, ITS 2 steps, do see my other video as its the same steps I mention :) -> watch?v=rgSqWxs718I
@caribala thats my N8 in there, true its on a different league however I'm only comparing the methods of AF used and the number to of step from auto focus to snap. Not comparing the processing time as I mention in title -> AF comparison
@caribala I think you mean the 16:9 format 9mp in N8, yes I'm using it most of the time so far its has the same feel as in 12mp in the default app and file size is normally 3-5mb and processing time is similar. On certain occasions I'll use Camerapro which i set 100% quality file can be arounf 12mb and the processing time will be longer. Maybe you would like to continue this discussion in my facebook page :)
@ambiguous321 true, however we can see some improvement which N9 holds like the fastest AF and processing time. Till today I'm still using my N900 and N8 to snap pictures :)

If the Nokia N9 has an 8 megapixel camera, then why on the screen does it say 7M? 0:54

12MP vs 8MP
the process time needed is already on different league. Why should compared something that obvious.

CalvinPixels 7 months ago
@CalvinPixels oh ok. have you test N8 with 8MP performance?
I'm just a noob, I don't understand about number of steps you were talking about.
What I need to know is the experience, N8 with 8MP, is it faster or the same?
I'm using y N8 as a camera now and uploading 12Mp is kinda bad for my *bandwidth* health.
