We have a Petter in my nans back garden. with a ruined big end, Ruined Crank, a huge hole in the water tank and its been sitting under a ton of flower pots for over 20 years. Think its worth doin?

yes i reckon you should restore it you will get your money back in the fututre as thes engines are disapiring and geting more value

nice engine, try making a frame for the engine to rest on with wheels so it dosent jump when started.

It's a Petter A1 petrol stationary engine. Date's around 1950. 2 BHP at 1000 RPM. Probably used to power a saw or cement mixer etc.
