i feel really stupid asking this but how do you get your hi hat to get that sound when you hit your snare? i just recently got a kit and am just experimenting...
@MusicManiac898 its pretty straight forward just kinda lift your feet off your hi hat kick pedal so the hats are still touching but make a more swishy noise to it
