it is really good, i had a lot of my friends try it and they loved it, i learned this from my housekeeper, she's visayan and in her 70's and she brought some from her home and i asked her " Nana, what are you eating" and she said paksiw, i tasted it and asked her for the recipe and the rest is history, iv'e been cooking it ever since, she's been with me for 12 years and i've learned a lot from her too. thanks for watching and make sure you eat the whole fish.
