The marrying couple in this video are ethnic Lahu tribes from the Shan State of Burma. They are probaly American Baptist Christians as the marriage ceremony is performed in a church. By the there are some Lahu migrants from Laos living in Salina, California. The Lahu people speak what is called Tibeto-Burma language.
Congratulations to who ever was married in the video. I'm from south east Asia, but not aware of the traditional clothing in this video? I'm curious what nationality is this? What language is that?
I don't think they are really getting married, it's just a music video. This are LAHU from northern and central Thailand. I'm not sure if they from northern Burma (Myanmar) but I'm sure they are not from Laos.

No, sorry, I understand a bit of Thai. I'm sure it's not Thai. At least not the Thai dialect everyone in Bangkok use.

It's asian. But not sure what language or dialect.
And I know it's not the central dialect of Thai because it uses the Thai script. Maybe this is Vietnamese because it is latin alphabet
