while reading all the comments, i have come to the the conclusion that as long as the bike is in the center line of gravity they will always make the turn or curve, when i say center line i mean bikes upright position. Just their style of riding, everybody rides different. The bike is most responsive when moving at fast speeds. My personal opinion is if it works for them then i cant hate or say how it should be done. But looks good from here,, What song is that in the background???
Keep making videos and keep at it, but in my opinion. Don't ride so close or at the speeds you are riding at until you learn proper form. The basics are the most important thing. Head down, body back, look where you want to go and kiss that mirror! You see videos with people practicing not going 130etc because they are practicing their lines and body position. After both of those are down you can SAFELY come into corners with more speed.
only reason I "wont be trying this at home" is because I don't feel like killing myself with bad technique. It doesn't make you awesome to ride close, just stupid. especially when you have a lot to learn. whole body should be off the bike, with your head by the mirror, back in line with the bike. they are also sitting terribly far forward, they should be sitting farther back to be able to use the tank for leverage to take weight off the handle bars and keep them light.
nice bikes..but i thought when you are cornering you are meant to be like..all the way off to the side..not just the knee..head should be by the mirror right?..guess it depends on the corner too but i dunno..nice vid
all these guys can eat a D*** ok maybe were not all pros but take a look at the speedos idiots, pretty much all in control riding at that speed, smooth braking and no double yellow crossover mistakes.......keep it up boyz and where was that lil canyon, im a cali boy we got twisties all over the dam place!
The guy on the yellow bike has terrible corner positioning. Tell him to get this upper body off the top of the bike and down beside it. His head should be down near the mirror. If he keeps this up he will either scratch his fairings or lowside.
Haha! All you guys saying these guys have crap technique are fools, they didn't post this video for you to judge them sitting behind your computer! Enjoy it for what its worth!
Ever heard of face in the mirror? you should be called twisted riders the way you ride....poor form and you should prob pull in front or to the side to wheelie.....
ya all u guys need to goto racing school cause none of you seem to know what your talking about and the guys in the video didnt seem to be racing they were just crusing
Hanging off is perfectly fine, but the idea is to keep your weight on the inside of the turn. If you keep your upper body centered over the bike, there's no point in hanging off (if what's done in the video can be called hanging off). Think about where the center of gravity is. In the video the center of gravity doesn't change. He's moving his butt and his leg into the turn and his upper body away from the turn. It cancels out.
thats not correct, there are 2 techniques working fine. either u lean with the bike staying centered or u hang off the bike like he did. just a matter of taste.
i would be afraid to go that fast with that little amount of skill. they got balls

Sorry but its true, these guys don't have the correct technique.
There way of taking corners can be dangerous. It tells you that a cool vid doesn't mean that the guys who are in it are experienced drivers

@racefactory900 YUP! spine needs to be lined up with the bike with the head looking inton the turn. Head can be inside the bike towards the turn.

Like here's a good example: http://youtube.com/watch?v=aB0Fl5FBrdU&search=rossi
Their heads are on the inside of the turn, not away from the turns.

Oh, forgot to add, it should be like you're kissing the inside of the turn mirror not the outside...

He was hanging off, but his upper body was leaning the opposite way. This counteracts any hanging off he does.
250ninja 5 years ago
No way man.. you need to speed up.. oterway your an actor..
Paparacinger 5 years ago
Really need to learn how to lean WITH the bike. Sticking a knee out and leaning the other way is a bit useless
