Two questions. Did Madonna get permission to use this intro in Hung Up? Were Abba offered a "ridiculous" amont of money for one hundred concerts in a year? Benny Andersson, in a Swedish talkshow two weeks ago, answered. They used to turn down any request to use ABBA songs, but Madonna wrote a very personal letter and sent it with her personal assistant to Bjorn and Benny and did get the permission! The concert offer was made but turned down by all the ABBA members. When all is said and done...
