I love the Baja, but unfortunately I have little girly hands, so It's hard work for me on the chunky neck. If the neck was regular size It would have become one of my main axes. I did a session with it recently and just playing bar chords for a few songs nearly killed me! But it sounds glorious.

Because you are using the major 6th(f#) in your bends while in a minor it become a dorian? Is this correct?

Technically yes.

But for me these kind of licks fall more into a blues/rock category, where you can mix major and minor pentatonics, blues scales etc.
