I have 18.5 thought about the 22.5 but wife said for just the two of us the 18.5 was the better choice. I use a rib rack. holds plenty of ribs. I do baby backs most of the time. Great smoker size depends on you. But a family of 4 would be servered well with the 18.5.
@arnbirni hey, the one in the vid/pic was just a funnel and a cardboard wrapping paper tube haha, all I had in the house.
I went to home depot and bought one of those foil looking tubes that are used for the washer/dryer vents, works great the couple of times I used it. cost about 10 bucks.
Great stuff, and I love the music!. BBQ is an art, not a science. The more you do, the more you get in tune with your equipment. I've had my WSM Bullet for three years now and I love it.
very nice! Ive had my WSM for about 6 months or so.. love it. Ive found that spares seem to like about 50 minutes in foil on mine... your ribs looked great.
@gumby83 hey wassup this is the 18.5", spare ribs kinda got the the edge, but would prob hold more with ribs racks. if you're smoking for a large family or parties, a 22.5" may be better in the long run.
nice rack!one of my favorite ways to cook, long smoke.

cool video, i am just about to invest in weber smoker
sorry my spelling, but how did you connect your "smoke tube" (see in your video 1:10) to the lid of your smoker?
its rely good idea as I have neighbours close by that might nut understand my passion for low and slow + smoke :)

@gumby83: The 18.5" is plenty big, and cheaper. With two levels you can cook a great deal of stuff at once.
