because he didnt shoot 19 bps in semi. if it read 19 bps, thats because he had it on peak rof, not average rof. biggg difference.

if you pull the trigger twice reallly fast on peak rof, it may read 30 bps, i could explain why but i dont have time for it.

but average rof is easier to put into words for me to explain..

the highest amount of shots in one full second is your average rof.
