I went to school and told everybody that there was this great group from England that was just beyond fantastic called The Beatles. If you grew up with them you know magic exists just as surely as the sun rises. It can't be explained to those who didn't experience it but it is very real. Even McCartney said in one of his songs that he's a "man who's in the middle of something that he doesn't really understand!"

He wrapped it up with Hey Jude ... there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Unfortunately, I have no kids or grandkids ... 'tis a pity. I'm now 56 and still remember the day The Beatles hit America.
