@hugefuckingnutz For someone who claims to be Christian, why do you have the screen name "huge fucking nutz"? I think that is an honest enough question.
This kind of deep, poetic, yet simple subject matter doesn't seem to exist nowadays. People always tell me to 'get over' this kind of music, yet it feels more fresh than anything that exists today. I'm only 38 and I feel outcast for being 'old"!
@mattsince69 ...how do you think those of us people who are old enough to have been listening to the Saints since the 70's(almost as many yrs as you've been on this planet)feel?
Chris Bailey is one of the best wordsmiths ever. His songwriting is phenomenal. He and the Saints never got the credit and rewards they so richly deserve. If anybody should have been "stars", these guys should. I've loved their music for almost 30 years!
No kidding, better song writter the David Bowie, and in my opinion one of the best in the world, its too bad the Saints did shine in there time to shine, its a shame, they could of made far if they were really noticed.

was lucky and heard The Saints at Rockefeller Oslo in the late 80`s. Great song and great band. Got a bootleg from this concert
