It seems that they are recruiting always, because of the high fluctuation...because other airlines like Lufthansa, Air Berlin are not recruting because of the high oil price.

How could anyone think that anyone of those people who look like they just more interested in how they look and having fun, would really know what to do in serious situation???I know the airline is cheap so they use cheap stuff but why would you want to send it for the whole world to see!?

The passengers on the recent Ryanair decompression accident said that the Cabin Crew freaked out and didn't know what to do. Unfortunately I don't think Ryanair takes training F/As serious enough. Up until a few year or so ago F/As didn't even get to practice evacuation drills. They just sat in a room and watched a powerpoint.

U have to be able to swim 100 meters in less than 2:30 minutes, swim 8 meters under the water, rescue a passanger and put it inside the boat, thsi is more or less what they ask u, but its also possible that they dont ask u to do all this test.
