I like the solos bc theyre smaller and more portable than the studios. Plus, i dont really want to spend $300 on headphones, even though i know theyre worth it. If only they had purple solo HD ones. I know they have regular pruple solos, but i dont want them to break.

@WARHERO1997 The difference isn't major if you're seriously into music quality then the HD's. If you're maybe tight on money, the Solos are great too, but don't rely all on me it's your choice :)

Do not buy Solo HD's...

Bought mine and if u overstrain them with dubstep or normal songs with a lot of bass they gonna broke some weeks later and this will destroy the whole sound if you are hearing every 5 secs like bzzz brr bzz in ur right or left ear, trust me solos are easier to break but seriously... you ca go and exchange them and they don't have this problem with overstraining by bass

@TheFutureKingofThewo The original and HD solos have been redesigned since 2010. Both are more flexible and less easy to break. I know Best Buy is an authorized dealer. Not sure about futureshop. On the Beats website, theres a list of fake sites. You could check there.
