@calirez01 the "spiral thingy" is the marker; which created all the necromorphs.

@Conradswanston1w2w3w the marker send signals of codes but to humans is just noise and blurry images which cause them to go mad and well kill themselves or others and the marker re animates those bodies into well you know

When I get into the room where the guy is talking and laughs (just before you transform) I accidentally went back out into the mine and the door is locked... What do I do?

Nice walkthrough, haha it's funny when Isaac turns into a Necromorph when i played it i was like ok now what do i do? how do i go back to normal? would i be able to avoid necromorphs like this? haha it was strange.

Im stuck in chapter 11, where your in a bloody room filled with guts and a brute comes out, i kill the brute and another brute breaks through the wall but before it gets close you start hallucinating and your in a dessert with a weird sprial thingy and a metal door, it says face your fears but theres nothing to face what do i do?

@calgo behind the door and there will be a switch. Press activate and head back towards the marker and there will be another switch near the marker. Activate that and you will leave the halluvcination

@calirez01 Go around and behind the door, click the switch, go forward, click the next switch, you should be in a body-littered hall now, go to the end, hit the switch, now you're back in the void with the Marker, but there's the mirror image of you near the door, take out your Plasma cutter and shoot it, voila.

The hallucinations are awesome.

@sk8erboy4k4 at the beginning next to the bench you missed a power node, and usually if a slasher is laying around with both arms and legs they are pretending so watch out for that, and what to you use to film with?
