Nice work on the mod, especially the way you added joysticks to the existing control panel. If you weren't focused on keeping the setup as close to the original as possible, how hard would it be to rig up the monitor to display straight on without a mirror?

@hagiadzo To answer my own question: I just finished modding a Space Invaders Deluxe cabinet. I installed a shelf by bolting down a board using the same mounting holes as the monitor. Then I placed an upright, flat-panel monitor on the new shelf. It worked out great!

Looks good, my only gripe is the screen looks like it's a mile away and the dell bios screen. I wonder if there is a way to make that blank.. Other then that fantastic job...
