  • 0:43 what a scream :D MAN :D

  • I have the "Have Love Will Travel" album and EVERY song on it is great.

  • i just loooove those two men......and the little thin screamer - jaaaaah

  • @grethe6200

The "little thin screamer" is Jimmie "The Dynamic" Wood.

  • Spectacular!!

  • the mitics blues brothers

  • Great song and great music!

  • hell, i love this ! this is great a new movie with these two please !!!!!!!!!!! blues bros 3 please

  • @myfriendangel1 Shame they couldn't use Jim in BB2000. He did the return of the blues brothers shows as the new blues brother, but apparently had trouble with scheduling for the movie.

He is the ONLY person who could begin to do justice to his brothers classic creation.

  • This isn't just bad -- it's fucking horrible! Travel over to the Sonics version if you really want to hear some raw R&R!!

  • that's 3:31 of my life I'll never get back. That was a bad high school skit.

  • love this!

  • dan aykroyd looks like who eated dan aykroyd

  • Classic song, and why does it have to be a fight? The Black Keys version is sweet too. If you can't appreciate music for it's soul, for the love the artist pours into it, and have to knock real musicians playing real music, then YOU are part of the problem with society today! I miss the days when people actually played music. I'm a musician myself, and think it's funny all the stupid fights that go on on YOUTUBE threads. Can't we all just like a song? I mean get along...

  • thats great!!!!!!!!!!

  • Classic.

  • Sad, no way near the Sonics.

  • 20 dislikes - unreal!!! Do these people know their fuckin history - LEGENDS!!!

  • j'adore ......

  • R&B never dies, forget the modern blues, the oldies are the best in my book

  • death to rap and new life to blues

  • Is that Cosmo Kramer at 2:31?

  • trop fort!!

    les dèbut des blues brothers!!!

    sans les zickos!!

    I love it!!

    Zou

  • I love their dance. :I

  • How weird Akroyd sang with his older brother and now he is singing with him its all a bit surreal to me!!

  • This makes me soo happy their so childish and cool! <3

  • whose version of this song were they basing it off of it kinda sounds most like the sonics version

  • Is it Blue Lou Marini on the sax?

  • their dance is uncoramparatibly greatest ever !!!! :-) Love them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I LOVE THIS MUSIC ITS VERRY GOOD

  • Anyone heard a female singer cover this? I've only heard men sing it.

  • просто ништяк !!!

  • can one get this on a cd?

  • Yes, indeed. I have the cd, it's great, and it can still be had on Amazon and other places.

The album title is this song, Have Love Will Travel.

  • haha just awesome!!!love will travel....dumdididi

  • I love it! Dan and Jim make a good team, just like he and John did! Wonder what the three of them together wouldve been like? Oh and has anyone noticed that Dan kind of looks like Tom Hanks?

  • Listen to the studio version !

Live they"re great, but on the studio cd, they're fucking awesome!

Jim Belushi and Dan Aykroyd are real men, doing real music! And not this modern shit like techno or hip-hop!

These are big men doing big music. The Have Love Will Travel Revue. They should do it again! with several other songs. They perform it with much energy for their age and fitness :D

A bit with overweight, not much hair, BUT, great singers and actors !!!!! my all time favourites !!!!

  • @DeanHeuke, hip hop anyday over this. Check out Del the Funky Homo Sapien on 'Catch a Bad One'. Search it here on youtube. That's a start.

  • @DeanHeuke You got it: Finally, one who likes/loves them :) I too think that they're just awesome! Just great blues!!!

  • @DeanHeuke

yea this is great music indeed but how can u say hip-hop is shit? lol dont diminish things that u know shit about like that.. (sorry for my english)

  • @Kopsis21 couldn't have said it better. r-e-s-p-e-c-t to all forms of music and the people that create them! No genre is better than another, music is art and beauty is in the eye (or ear) of the beholder. one love!

  • @DeanHeuke i want studioversion...how?

  • googuse you talking shit

  • ^^ cool

  • @googuse

Tell me please why you think that's horrible? You don't have a reason!

Those two are so great, i love them! They're AWESOME!!!

  • @KORINALOVER

You just don't know what's good music!!!

You don't have to call them faggots just because you don't like them!

  • @HarmonikaMike I call em Fat Faggot Brothers

They made a classic sound like a has-been losers doing a dickhead- walk fat bitch fest

Black Keys are the REAL Men

    They did the song justice

  • @MrDeicide1 The Black Keys SUCK!!! That's not blues. The way Belushi & Aykroyd are doing it is real blues. Just AWESOME.

We two have a different opinion and that's ok.

  • @HarmonikaMike Son, I am dissapoint.

  • Man, I think Aykroyd's fatter now than Belushi ever was! Cool song, though...

  • RIP John. Your brother does not and will not ever fill your shoes.

  • dzīvoklis purvciemā ar lētu pusremontu, Alīna dīvāns no "tavas mēbeles" un meitene ar vecām apakšbiksēm.

he died in the end of the eighties, because of drugconsume

  • no we're assuming that YOU are an idiot.

  • dan has inceased^^

  • James Belushi is a really great singer, and comedian, i like hes Blue's!

  • Thats pretty cool to see the other Belushi up there! But I dunno... it feels a little too rehearsed... haha - fuck it -

  • Thats his Brother James, John is dead....

  • jim and dan rules!!!

  • Dan looks really goofy with the ears and all...BUT I LIKE IT!

  • this is the new blues brothers pairing go danny

    i'm waiting for a concert

  • just awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • hmmmm i like the song but they are better as Zee Blues and Elwood Blues

  • In my opinion, it"s not necessary if they have Black Hats, Sunglasses and Suits on stage.

I love them HOW they do there own style

  • So cool.

  • Love this video

  • Comment removed

  • So silly it's great... I wonder what the Sonics would think. ;)

  • Can someone send me more from these cool guys?

    It would be great ;-))

  • I love The Blues Brothers!!!

    The're so AWESOME!!!

  • I come by here all the time cause I love this song and this version. Often I'll let it play while I cruise around looking at other vids.

I HOPE both that there WILL be a "Blues Brothers 3" and that THIS will play over the opening credits!

  • and that it will be jim instead of john goodman, right? i also come to listen to this tune all the time, great fun, and you can tell they love doing this, which is the most important thing with good music. thats why pop music sucks ass; they dont love doing like these guys do, putting all they have into every single song.

  • I DO think that IF there was a "BB 3" that it would officially introduce Jim's character(Jake's biological brother referred to as Zee or Zeak Blues). From what I understand Jim WAS going to be in "BB 2000" but scheduling conflicts prevented it.

Although I wasn't particularly wowed by Goodman, Joe Morton, or the kid, I wouldnt have a problem with them being in it too as long as Jim IS there and the film IS good.

    "BB 3 NEEDS TO BE!"

  • yes, joe and the kid were crap, but goodman was ok. only ok, not a patch on jim, and certainly not on john.

they should have waited till jim was free, rather than rush the movie out.

i saw the footage of the return of the bues brothers show, with jim and john goodman, and was REALLY looking forward to jim being in the movie, as they said at the time they wouldnt make it without him, as its what john belushi would have wanted. then they make that sub-standard BB2000.

    shame, but there you go

  • Well it beat NOT having a "BB" film in MY opinion. And there WAS several things that I liked about it like the new Blues Mobile, the Perry Mason Theme, Bob's cameo, all of the blues superstars and the incredible music as well. Dan even lost weight for the film(Which I think he put right back on when it was done, but that's ok, we love him anyway!), so overall, I'd say it was good but not GREAT like the first one, but with the lame movies coming out these days,"BB 2000" looks like a CLASSIC!

  • he lost a LOT of weight, he looked incredible for that movie, after you saw him in my stepmom is an alien, right?

and yes, it was ok, kinda fun. just not nearly as good as the original, which i think they could have come closer if they had jim.

maybe they will do another, but dan is currently working on something for ghostbusters. a videogame and CGI movie, i think. they will both be the official GB3. look ok too.

  • Oh yeah, Dan's really into that stuff. Like myself he's interested in the paranormal(Did you know that he came up with the look of The Blues Brothers from the Men In Black of UFO lore?{NOT the movie!})and he's got a video called "Dan Aykroyd Unplugged on UFOs-on CNN Anderson Cooper" where people just get brutal because he believes in them! I think he's been MASSIVELY under-appreciated for years and those of us who DO love him should show our support while he IS with us!

  • Hilarious and I love it!! Thanks for sharing =]

  • No problem.

    Thanks for enjoying it!

I think it's GREAT and am blown away when some DONT like it but everybody has different tastes in one way or another.

One thing you CANT deny though is that they're having FUN. I think Dan Aykroyd has transferred HIS love of The Blues to Jim just like he did his best friend and Blues Brother partner John so long ago.

    R.I. P. John Belushi.

    Your legacy lives on.

  • R.I. P. John Belushi.

    Your legacy lives on.

It's great to see Jim grooving to this stuff too, shows that he's a true entertainer like his brother. :)

  • I love Jim Belushi & 'According to Jim''.. so great... ♥.♥

    Belushi ftw <3

  • PS: hahahaha! shake that ass Aykroyd! haha!

  • Awesome ;D hehehe, it's been a while since i have seen this ;D Thanks for sharing

  • And you're a freak

  • And your point is? They could be fatter and they'd still be a million times better then your stupid ass. They're making tons of money, what are you doing. Sitting in your "skinny ass" talking shit. Loser.

  • that is BLUES

  • i agree cool version

  • Oh yeah! I' m very very nostalgic, but I can comprehend your hope very well...

Maybe Jim could be the third real Blues Brother...Nice conversation!

    PS Merry Christmas!!!

  • Merry Christmas to you too.

  • dont over doo wop a SONICS track, remember they were one of the first punk bands, so you gotta keep it true, snotty and raw.

  • This was originally a doo wop track - Richard Berry I think. The Sonics ripped it off...BUT - I think the sonics version is much better than the original. The guys that the did the original also did the original of Louie Louie before the Kingsmen.

  • oh yeah...cool!

  • I'd love for this song to OPEN "Blues Brothers 3" !

  • "Blues brothers 3" CAN'T exist.

The real BB are John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd...

The original Blues brothers are unique....

    John RIP

    Dan... wonderful voice.. extraordinary

    Jim you' r fantastic.

  • Although I respect your understandably nostalgic affection for the ORIGINAL Blues Brothers, it has lived on past the tragic death of John Belushi. As a tremendous fan of theirs, I for one am grateful. I was very entertained by "Blues Brothers 2000" and by Aykroyd's continued exploration of the blues like the above clip and so it's my fervent wish that we'll be blessed by another big screen outing where JIM Belushi's character is introduced and we can once more be entranced by The Blues Brothers.

  • i agree with you completely.

jim belushi is great in the return of the blues bros concert, and i think is a better brother than john goodman.

bb2000 was ok, but i really wanted jim in it, as it is more fitting, and he looks and acts the part better than goodman i think

  • The fact that they gave Jim a Blues Brother character name(Zeke or Zee, I've heard BOTH)and that there was no other similar character of the same name in "BB2000" indicates to ME that they ARE(Or WERE)anticipating a future installment that WOULD introduce Jim's character to the world. I'm encouraged by this, because it's never too late until it IS, and it's NOT too late YET.

  • Well HE IS John's brother, I mean, Brothers are sort of similiar. Moreso than a completely different person, at least.

  • well, i thought it was common knowledge that jim is johns brother. but not all brothers hae the same kind of charisma, yet jim does. not quite so much, but he is a very charming guy.

my old next door neighbour had a sister who moved to the US to be a nanny, and she worked for his ex-wife, and she didnt like him, but when she met him she just said he was really charming, nice and cool as ice.

thats what the blues brothers are all about isnt it?

  • awesome

however its kinda sad because jim will never be as good a john

thats not a shot at jim either

  • what a cool version

  • The Blues Brothers are a legendary part of an American art form known as the blues. They've given us all in their various configurations countless hours of entertainment and enjoyment. I think that we should see if we can encourage Dan Aykroyd, and director John Landis to give us at least one more cinematic outing for our beloved musicians, and this time, introduce Jim Belushi's character. Blues Brothers 3 is meant to be!

  • As a longtime(as in when Belushi was alive)Blues Brothers fan,TRUST ME, John Belushi was NOT originally a fan of the blues,he was into Metal music as I said before. John MAY have grown to appreciate it AFTER his friend Dan Aykroyd introduced him to it through his formation of The Blues Brothers, but I was referring to their musical preferences BEFORE.

  • yeah thats cool i love it iiiiiiiiiii loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it

  • Dan Aykroyd has such a happy face.

  • I think it's because he really DOES love the blues. John Belushi was more of a metal music fan but went along with Dan because of their friendship. Dans love and appreciation of the blues is I believe one of the main reasons that the blues legends like B.B King accept The Blues Brothers so readily. For one, they can tell that there's real love behind it, and for two they realize that it helps get this truly original musical art form to an entirely new generation.

  • No. John Belushi was a big Blues buff!

  • I'm a HUGE Blues Brothers fan, and since I'd never heard this song or seen this performance, it was a real treat. It rocks! I HOPE that there's a "Blues Brothers 3"(Maybe even introducing Jims character Zeke;Jakes BIOLOGICAL brother, like I THOUGHT that they were going to do in "Blues Brothers 20000").

  • Make that "Blues Brothers 2000". LOL

  • Dan is the fu()*&ing man you bite your tongue he is allowed to get bigger hes gettin older.

  • Fucking Epic i finally found the version i heard on the radio...the black keys also do a good job

  • Unglaublich cool!!!

  • Habe dich Lieb Papa.

  • "völlige komplette scheiss-musik" ???

    OMG... Kein Geschmack????

Musik dieser Art ist absolut super!

  • when i went to see the blues brothers thay did it better!!!

  • Die TV version is cooler xD

  • these guys do a great job of keeping the blues and his brother would be proud.

oh and if the artists weight in any way affects your opinion on this...

    your retarted.

    its about the music

  • i think jim did a great job his brother would like it i think. he has a really good voice

  • Whats with all the Belushi And Aykroyd bashing, jim might not be the original blues brother but hes doing what he can to fill i n his brothers shoes. Regardless they can both sing the blues just as well, also the bass line by aykroyd bass line is sick though

  • Jim needs to be about two feet shorter.

  • are they freakin serious...............just give it up....and go ahead give the thumbs down

  • totally rocks

  • The " have Love Will Travel" Tour Sucked. Neither of them took it seriously, you could tell they weren`t Behind the music at all. However I saw them as the Blues Brothers on August 2nd here in Connecticut and They were Great, Dan even lost some weight..

  • tht is fuking embarrising, dan looks awful coz he's overweight. he's gota lose alot of weight for 3rd blues brothers which is coming soon i think lol

  • for those of you who arent sure who is who, this isnt john belushi, its his brother jim. with akyroyd, the other half of the original blues brothers, john and dan were the original, jim does an awesomejob

  • this song is sooo fucking shite. lol i quite like all the other versions. HOWEVER: if they are just having a laugh then fair enough, but if this is supposed to be serious... well you get the picture

  • the saxofon is the best

  • Why didn't they wear black suits?

    They are Blues Brothers

  • I just adore this version! Belushi and Aykroyd really rock!!!

  • EXCELLENT AYKROYD AND BELUSHI!!!

  • nice going, considered their age..

  • steve cropper said on his Australian tour that Dan was really great with the mouthorgan (harp) and Belushi was a drummer. You can't beat the original band though, they were AWESOME!

  • wow jim and dan awesome,

  • the ghostbusters! *hehe

  • Man...this is depressing.

  • then you have no sense of fun

  • @ TheShamanSZ

its not from the blues broters its from the show According To Jim

  • FANTASTIC!!!

  • Jim Belushi and Dan Akroyd - Can't fuckin' get enough :D

    I just love this version...
