@jemmans simple the group will start it with pick -a-booo,who ever losses will be bound to guard the can and should make a point the can should go back standing in a quick moment in time as his other playmate attacked the can by throwing their shoes or slippers, the guard should not allow those slippers will be steel by the owner's or he will remain guarding the can forever..the guard should touch the body of the owner of the slipper who steel it.. to replace him from bondage.
You should very strong fast to run and sharp to hit the can..the stronger the hit the farther it blow away...steeling your shoes or slippers quick is a plus point to the perpetrator..disadvantage to the guard.
