@SENRABSENRABful Blimey! Sonnet 130 is about Deltics!
...I love to hear her speak and yet I know
That music hath a far more pleasing sound.
I grant I never saw a goddess go,
My mistress, when she walks, walks on the ground.
And yet, by heaven, I hold my love as fair
As any she denies with false compare.
Well- maybe not but, until someone does write one about Deltics, I think it's as close we'll get. (Disclaimer: quoting from memory.)
