@Supersweetguy humm well....some dont like them because of agressive language.. or some can do cool rhymes but have poor voice performance...what i can tell you is that those days it didnt matter if they ripped the song from someone else's musical work....it was a kick-ass beat!! and that's what a lot of people started to care about :)..... at first i thaught Rick James ripped Mc Hammer's ''Cant touch this'' hahaha!

Thank you for posting this song. I have been wondering for the longest time who sang this song. I saw this on MTV a long time ago when I was a kid. I tried searching for a TIC-TAC-TOE song and nothing came up until I looked in my Billboard top 40 hits book and found the song the other day and that's who sings it. Awesome!
