    do u have any tips on binging ? i allways do great during the week and crash on weekends, i allow myself a treat meal a week but sometimes its a trigger to binging and the downward spiral begins.. :( luv ur vids!! xx

You really made me realise that it's not only about the animals, and about health, but that it's also about your happiness and your beauty. thank you so much for this. This really opened my eyes and made me want to go raw and become more happy and beautiful.

  • greatest thing I learned to stay on raw foods was MINERALS, minerals, minerals, how? make smoothies and chop up heavy greens like endive, and kale, into small bits, add superfoods, which will add minerals to your diet, if you have cravings will be detox, but also minerals will subside the cravings as well as make you eat less, as you are not hungry. Cuz your body wants minerals! Eat Hemp, and goji, maca, cacao-chocolate!, best of all hang with other raw foodists. inform yourself !

  • Love the topic!!! This is exactly the type of information I am looking for in all of the RAW websites and info I subscribe to. Thanks for acknowledging that it is hard for some/lots of us who are surrounded by a culture that eats in a very different way than we want to. I am on the SAD diet now but I hope if I keep feeding my head with this stuff that I will eventually be going in the right direction. What motivates me is to be better mentally, spiritually, emotionally - oh and physically too :)
