I am a TRUE Youtube gun expert and I carry one of three weapons daily (sometimes all three). First my polished Nickel Desert Eagle Mark XIX in .50ae, because when it comes to stopping the bad guys why should I need more than one round. My second and third choices are either my 44MAG revolver or my S&W 500 Revolver. Now THAT'S stopping power!!!

Some days ago i just saw some "concealed carry training" on some web site and a funny joke occurred in my head - what if i buy the original fully functional MG42, walk into that place with that MG42 and say "hey can you teach me how to concealed carry this one?" The 1911 is an excellent firearm for personal defense. You should only carry a firearm that you are trained in the proper use, safety, and care for. Bigger is not always better.
