The man in the office had a sort of Birmingham accent - England, that is not Alabama but certainly a British midlands accent. The other one I can't pin down too well but it doesn't sound like a south of England accent. I know how he feels though. I get these annoying calls all the time from Indians (Not Red Indians, the Asian variety) who must be pretty fed up having to get the bums rush every time someone answers their calls.
