The Aztecs weren't conquered purely by military might. They were decimated by the strange new diseases teh spaniards brought with them. Indeed, the Aztecs ripped the Spaniards a new one several times over. However, the spaniards weren't foolish, and they allied themselves with other tribes (which hated the Aztecs for their carnage). A mexican's greatest enemy has ever been another mexican.

There's no such thing as a true Aztec anymore. Just because your great great great great great great great grand daddy was ripping the Macuahuitl, that doesn't mean you have some secret knowledge. Spain's still here, the Aztecs aren't. Spain created an empire in the Americas, the Aztecs lost theirs. (Hence why most living in the Americas speak spanish.) ((CONTINUE))

Their history is filled with greed and their willingness to do anything to obtain wealth and possessions. This series of videos is meant as white supremacist propaganda. The language the narrator uses is meant to glorify the europeans and demonize the natives. "The spanairds were righteous in their intent...they had no trouble gathering allies among the subjects of the Aztecs." So the spaniards greed for cities of gold was righteous? Every native tribe tried to expel the spaniards, even the Tlaxcalans that united with them. Only after defeating the spaniards did the Tlaxcalans unite with them.

The aztecs would of destroy Cortez army it happend in the First Battle but the Dirty Europeans and their diseases...

Well I doubt it, I mean Cortez had an alliance that made up most of his military power, other then his imperial weapon strength

@bangobongo12 It has been shown, through numerous examinations of weapons of the 1500's from both sides, that the military technology was even. The spaniards had one-shot rifles that were cumbersome to reload; steel swords and body armor. The Aztecs had clubs with obsidian blades that were capable of chopping an arm off with one swing; the sling shot that could be quickly loaded and fired and caused massive damage; the spear. It was diseases that the europeans brought that destroyed the Aztecs.
