Tremere are my favorite in the game beacause they are so goddamn versatile. Group fights, one-on-one, stealth all there plus Thaumaturgy as an exclamation point. Seriously, I can't play VTM:B with any other clan.

They are the most powerful of all the 13 clans, and the bloodlines. Shame that during Gehenna they are tge 1st to go :/ Read Gehenna: The Final Night if u havent already done so, beautiful reading.

Really depends how a person using it...when I played I used to absolutely love using Toreador, not great in combat but who needs combat skills when you can have all the other clans eating out of your hand with a few persuasive words...hell, who needs blood magic when I can just seduce a local Tremere to do it for me...

Yea but in the world of vampires you'll have a harder time seducing, in fact many vampires have transcended that human "weakness". And the Tremere are too structured both as an organisation and in mind to be allowed to be seduced. And good luck seducing a Gangrel after a century of frenzying or a pissed off Brujah :p

That's true...persuasion would be the way to go there. Really I only ever used seduction in the pen and paper game with humans. It's really quite equal all around, each clan weakness lowers them quite a bit...Tremere's great, it's just everyone, mages, other vampires, werewolves...everyone HATES them. I honestly wish we could have picked other clans here...my all time favorite clan to play was always the Assamites...

Hate to be a pain in the butt fan, but in Clan Book Tzimisce, Permaneas [or however u spell it] (an Assamite) said that if faced head on with the Tremere he had executed, it would've been his head on the chopping block. He said that they hold the uncontested honor of being the most dangerous of prey. Although to be honest, and I dont mean to bash the Assamites, I always found that the clans danger is in their stealth, face on in a 1-on-1 combat they're not much of a threat according to Beckett

Neither are a lot of the clans...Brujah are, without a doubt the best in a straight out fistfight...Assamites, well...if they actually GET in a fight they've pretty much already failed. Their whole thing is getting in and slitting your throat without anyone ever finding out who they are. The Nosferatu can be good at that too if you spec combat and not just obfuscate...Toreador's are just good at flat out manipulation and getting everyone around them to dance to whatever tune they want.

While I do agree that the Brujah are the best at 1-on-1, I must also point out that the Gangrel can give the Brujah a run for their money, cos what they lack with Potence and Celerity they make up for with with Fortitude and Protean. Man imagine being set against a Brujah and a Gangrel........you'd actually start laughing from the hopelessness of the situation lol XD

And that's the nutty part of this game. Brujah are tough mofo's no doubt, but then you play dark ages and suddenly the Brujah are these aristocratic, smooth talking seekers of knowledge, the "true brujah". The whole antitribu and offshoot thing just made SO many clans, looking around there's at LEAST 50, that's not including the antitribu. I think that's why they rebooted the setting, it just got so complex...and we're ignoring all the Kuei Jin even though they're not really vamps

Actually don't be confusing the Dark Ages Brujah with True Brujah. They are separate bloodlines. Brujah were more "mature" in the dark ages. It is modern Brujah that are such rebelling malcontented assholes :)

no they are not. everyone is good at 1 on 1, even the toreador. its balanced, because a toreador cn learn potence. Furthermore, f i had to choose one for the best, i would pick the baali or the assamites. They are both ancient clans, both have thaurmatorgy in some way, and both have obfuscate as main discipline. And there unique disciplines, Daimonion and quietus are great.

i think you probably need to download her skin for the player character. or if you have a companion mod, get her to be your companion and posess her. Hope that helped in either ways :)
