Ian, this kind of excercise looks like it keeps you fit and can be worked round your golf without adversly affecting your game and golf practice. With vertually no real off season and with your week meaning you will be playing Thursday to Sunday with practice day Wednesday I can't see how top golfers can fit in body building into the mix as you would not be able to play properly while recovering.Can you tell me how they do it? In your case it looks like you do fitness training only. Thanks..
