Man, we're truly come a long way, and I have no doubt Fassbinder played a role himself with some of his brilliant films! Those people were kooky. Fassbinder was Magnificent!

WOW! What a great find! Thanks for posting! Truly inspiring and captivating to see one of the all-time great filmmakers at the very beginning of his career!
Side note: The article Irm Hermann reads from describes Fassbinder as 23. He was actually 24 at the time, but we all know that he and his mother shaved a year off his age (1946 instead of 1945 when he really born) for whatever reason.
Not like they had the Google 40 years ago to verify! Haha.
