California is a beautiful and historical place. Redwoods, deserts, mountains, valleys, warm and cool beaches, lakes, rivers, etc.
BUT, right now, it would be better to live somewhere else :( My brother is going to school in Oregon and he says it made him realize how much more well off some other places are.
Commiefornia is the shithole of America. I suggest kicking Commieforina out of the Union, and give it back to Mexico. Then, all debt will be transfered to Mexico. Hey win -win.
I remember when California was a really nice place---in 1964. I lived there three decades but sold my house and business about five years ago and moved out with the smart money. Nevada is OK for a relocation point, but folks should also consider some states farther east that have right-to-work laws & taxes nearly as low as Nevada's. Some states farther east have more educated workforces than Nevada, and don't have the Vegas crime element.
One more thought: I don't see how the USA can hold together past the year 2050. The inter-regional tensions are growing. The first to leave will be "Aztlan"--the Southwest. This will be known as the "reconquista." One scenario: The US gov will be broke and tied up in several foreign wars, and then a huge quake will cause chaos in California. The president will be a Latina who resents the US, anyway. The Southland will deteriorate into civil disorder. See my p. 2.
Page 2: At this future point, there will be two million Mexican nationals in SoCal, so the Mexican Army will move in (under a UN mandate) to protect its citizens and to restore order. The Calif National Guard will be overseas, maybe fighting the Russkies for Ukraine, etc. --- Once Mexico has occupied the Southland, it will establish a protectorate. The US gov will whine & complain, but will do nothing---a weakened paper tiger at that point. THANK LIBERALS FOR THIS!

Why? With Obama's ratings now in the minority of EVERY credible poll. 49% of Gallup. Even then, Gallup is a puppet to the Libs, so it's more around 43-45%.

I know California like the back of my hand--I lived there 39 years, in every region. As for liberals: They are not the same as 40 years ago.
