I'd be willing to bet this dude was doing 15-20 over the speed limit, so these fuckin' ADRENOLINE charged HYPERPSYCHO cops wanted to start an UN NEEDED chase on the dude...and he showed them he can drive, and he BY NO MEANS endangered ANY more lives than the cops did trying to spin him out...if anything he saved his OWN *and in this situation thats enough* Cops could've cared less if he flipped over and died...they just wanted their bust. He may be a murderer, but I sincerely doubt it.
